The location of Lake not only stands for business, but also for work-life balance. Lake is surrounded by green spaces and special recreational areas such as the Rentenwiese park, the Mythenquai lido, the historical Belvoirpark, Kongresshaus Zurich and the Rieterpark – the largest park in the city. Another advantage is the good accessibility via public transport, the proximity to Enge train station (eight minutes on foot) and the Bürkliplatz tram hub (11 minutes on foot) as well as the connection to the motorway (three minutes by car).
Redevelopment of Enge harbour promenade
Opposite the lake is the harbour promenade, which is currently being transformed into an attractive space. Part of the former harbour is currently used as a car park, which is where the regeneration work is concentrated. The parking spaces are being relocated and replaced by a park on the shores of the lake – offering an idyllic place to meet and relax.
