The Lake Business Campus is designed to meet high quality standards and offers a wide range of uses that reflect the modern world of work.

In terms of both design and function, the centrepiece is the four-storey atrium, which unites spectacular views and impressions to create an exclusive atmosphere.

The individual needs of the various companies are catered for with conferencing options, multifunctional spaces and innovative catering concepts. This makes Lake a campus that offers unique quality both as a workplace and a space dedicated to well-being.

Lake forms an urban ensemble with neighbouring buildings at Mythenquai and ties in with the existing typology with its asymmetrical H shape. On the lake side, this creates an attractive courtyard that merges with the harbour promenade.

Lake has six upper and four lower floors plus a rooftop terrace. The zoning and spatial relationships illustrate the usage plan for Frontrow Business Campus.

Atrium

The atrium, which extends over four floors, is the centrepiece; a consciously designed meeting space with a high degree of functionality. Several zones are designed for reception, work, meetings or collaboration, with others reserved for cafés and lunch facilities. An impressive biophilic design concept that extends across all levels of the atrium connects the open, transparent entrance area with the lakeside promenade.

Office spaces

All types of work spaces are possible: whether an open-plan office with different community zones, hybrid meeting rooms, focus rooms or workstations with vision. Lake provides an excellent environment for innovative companies. One highlight is the wraparound windows that promote a connection to nature and contribute to workplace health. In addition, rental spaces that extend over several floors can also be vertically connected by private internal staircases to create a sense of unity.

Conferencing

The ground floor hosts a two-storey event arena with gallery and a capacity of max. standing capacity of 300 people and a seated capacity of 140 people (conference seating). On the first floor, there are five fully equipped meeting rooms around the atrium. The event and meeting rooms can be booked in different sizes as required. The conferencing offer is complemented by a multifunctional zone on the second floor of around 360 m2, which is particularly suitable for collaborative work and workshops.

Gastronomy

Lake has several dining options. The ground floor features a restaurant with 250 seats plus an attractive outdoor terrace. On the first floor, a spacious café-bar with around 50 seats is the perfect place to relax, and the hall on the first basement floor offers a take-away with food and drinks for quick refreshment. A special highlight: In summer, the café moves to the roof terrace, making it a favourite spot for many.

Outdoor spaces

Lake has several high-quality green outdoor spaces, including the lakeside terrace with garden and trees. On the second floor, an inner courtyard (patio) provides valuable green space, and the sixth floor features a spacious roof terrace with a leafy pergola and fantastic lake views.

Gym

If user demand exists, a fitness area can be set up in the basement. Preparations have already been made to enable this use. With a generous area of around 240 m2, this would be an ideal space for a high-quality cardio zone, including a cloakroom and shower facilities directly next door.

Parking

Lake has public and private parking for vehicles as well as ample parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles. Private parking for tenants is located on the fourth basement floor. One third of the parking spaces have ductwork for tenants who wish to install e-mobility parking hubs (charging stations including load management). The public multi-storey car park on the second and third basement floors is also open to customers and visitors.
